Becky Beard Named New Director

In May 2023, the Mississippi Land Bank Board of Directors named Rebecca "Becky" Beard as board-elected director. Ms. Beard was born and raised in Sardis, Mississippi, and graduated from the University of Mississippi. She has been a partner with William, Pitts, & Beard PLLC, one of the leading CPA firms in and throughout the Hernando, Memphis and North Mississippi area, since 2001.

Tate/Desoto County Forestry Association Wins Small County Forestry Association of the Year Award

Tate/Desoto County Forestry Association won the Small County Forestry Association of the Year Award at the Mississippi Forestry Association meeting in Biloxi this week. Crick and Coleman Promoted to Senior Loan Officers

As of January 1, 2023, Mississippi Land Bank promoted Matt Crick and William Coleman to Senior Loan Officers at the Senatobia and Clarksdale branch offices, respectively.
